Receive 100% of Commission

RefcoFX is a market maker and earns its revenue through the spread; therefore RefcoFX does not need to charge IBs commissions and/or transaction fees to support its operations. This means IBs can charge a commission fee to their client and RefcoFX will rebate 100% of the commission to the IB. This is another advantage over the futures industry where IB’s must allocate a portion of the commission payment to the clearing firm for clearing and exchange fees. RefcoFX can customize commission or pip-based fee structures on a per client basis.

No Debit Liability

RefcoFX offers a guaranteed and risk-free solution for margin trading. The RefcoFX Trading Station features automatically generated margin calls for the purpose of risk management. Traders are given position limits, set relative to the money in a trader’s account. If the required margin amount exceeds the dollar value of the account as a result of trading losses, all open positions will be closed immediately regardless of the size or the nature of positions held within the account. The margin levels of all accounts are tracked in real time; therefore, a client’s account balance will NEVER fall below the margin requirement, eliminating the need to collect a debit balance from clients. Automatically generated margin calls also enable RefcoFX to provide traders with lower margin requirements, which in itself will encourage a higher number of trades.
