The RefcoFX staff is comprised of market professionals that are

Dealing Desk
The dealing staff with over 100 years of Interbank trading experience
is available 24-hours a day from Sunday evening at 5 PM New York
time to Friday afternoon at 4 PM New York time to assist clients
in placing orders via the Internet of telephone. RefcoFX maintains
phone lines exclusively for dealing and has sufficient capacity
to handle all client transactions over the telephone during active
trading hours.
Technical Support
RefcoFX maintains a professional full-time staff around the clock
to assist clients with the FX Trading Station. The technical support
staff can provide full-scale demonstrations of the FX Trading Station
or assistance on specific technical problems.
Administrative Support
RefcoFX has a large department of dedicated account administrators
available 24-hours a day to assist clients in their time zone. Account
applications are processed within one business day as well as all
other administrative events such as withdrawals, margin changes,
transfers etc.
